Kotokuin Temple with it's Daibutsu is one which does not require climbing. Go to this website: <br />http://www.japan-accessible.com/city/kamakura.htm. It states the temples/shrines that are accessible to the disabled in Kamakura and will help you with your planning. I have not visit Matsumoto but you can visit this site http://www.japan-accessible.com/city/nagano.htm to plan for your trip with your parents. <br /><br />Have a pleasant trip!Travel Bugshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17955474847180489975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3654587426214215608.post-11818003429155587042016-06-07T13:33:21.596+08:002016-06-07T13:33:21.596+08:00thanks Paulo for your swift response. actually I m...thanks Paulo for your swift response. actually I may be using a wheelchair for my dad when we are outside while mum is still ok with slow walking. once again, very interesting to read your blog postings. Sometimes, a bit of climbing may be involved like Hase-dera, but it shall be still relatively ok for your aged parents.
